Chabad Europe Tour

I will be touring Europe with Chabad January 10-20. As part of the tour, I will be speaking at Chabad of Belgravia / Beit Baruch in London on the topic of “The People and the Land.”  The lectures take place on the weekend of Jan. 11-12 and focus on an academic exploration of the Jewish People through an archaeological, historical and biophysical lens.

The schedule is:

Friday Night: Judaism & Islam, The Historical Relationship
Saturday Lunch: Jewish History & Genetics
Saturday 4pm: Sects & Schisms in Judaism
Saturday Evening: The Dead Sea Scrolls

Tuesday, January 15, the tour continues at South Manchester Synagogue for a lecture on “Judaism, Christianity and the Dead Sea Scrolls.” The lecture will be accompanied by slides and doors are opening at 7:45 PM.
